How to Vet Further, Without Disclosing

You can ask process questions in an interview that tell you a lot, without disclosing anything about yourself:

Script — vetting without disclosure

"What does onboarding actually look like day to day? And is remote or hybrid work something people typically request, or is it unusual here?"

How specifically someone answers — versus how vaguely — tells you a lot about whether flexibility is real policy or just something said in interviews.
