What We Collect

Spectrum Affirming collects the minimum information needed to run this site:

• Email address — when you sign up for the Starter Kit or subscribe for updates, we store your email to send you the kit and occasional updates.
• Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message when you use the Contact page, so we can reply to you.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider. We don't use this to identify you personally.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How We Use It

• To send the Starter Kit and occasional updates to people who sign up
• To respond to messages sent through the Contact page
• To keep the site running securely and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.

Advertising

We've reserved space on some pages for future advertising or sponsor content as a way to support this work. No ad network is active yet. When one is added, this policy will be updated to disclose which network, what data (if any) it collects, and how to opt out where applicable.

Third Parties

This site is hosted through a standard web hosting provider, which processes data as necessary to serve the site (server logs, uptime). We link out to third-party resources — books, apps, communities, providers — mentioned in our content; once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply.

Your Rights

• Unsubscribe anytime from kit/update emails — a link is included in every email, or you can reach out via the Contact page.
• Request deletion of your data by reaching out through the Contact page. We'll remove your information within a reasonable time.
• Ask what we have — you can request a copy of any information we hold about you.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
